Documentation is different for every loan. Some require nothing, and others require extensive documentation. It all depends
on the loan that you are looking for. Here is a list of documents that are often used in the mortgage process.

which requirements apply to you. When sending in documentation, please
do not mail original documents! Mail photocopies only. Send documents

Personal Information
- W-2s from
all employers for the last two years
- Pay stubs
from all employers for the last two pay periods
- Bank account
statements for the last three months
- Landlord's
name and telephone numbers for last two years
- Deposit for
appraisal and credit report
- Homeowner's
insurance information - Agent's name and phone number
Business Information
If you are a
sole proprietor, partnership or corporation, we will need:
- Federal tax
returns for the last two years
- Year-to-date
profit and lost statement ¾ signed and dated, please
- Partnership
K-1 for the last two years
- Partnership
federal tax returns for the last two years
- Corporate
federal tax return for the last two years
Miscellaneous Information
- Real Estate
Purchase Contract
- Gift letter:
donor's name, address, tel. number and relationship to borrower,
gift amount
- Social Security
or retirement income: award letter and current check stub
- Bankruptcy:
signed petition and discharge papers
- Divorce:
signed divorce decree
- Commission
income: federal tax returns for the last two years
- Child support
income: 12 months of cancelled checks
- Alimony income:
